User Data Deletion

Botolon LTD (including WAOrders) deletes personal data on request unless law or fraud prevention requires keeping it. WAOrders is a product of Botolon LTD.

How: email [email protected] with subject Data deletion request. Include your name, account email, restaurant name (if you are a restaurant), and the WhatsApp number to delete. You can also use our contact form with subject “data deletion”.

What we delete: restaurant account and WABA connection data; customer WhatsApp numbers and order-chat messages we stored; order records tied to that person, except legal retention.

When: within 30 days. We email confirmation.

Customers can also send STOP on WhatsApp to stop further messages from that restaurant.
